Berkey’s Spring/Summer worship series, Extending the Table: We All Belong, begins this Sunday. Our vision at Berkey is to: Live Christ’s loving, caring, healing presence in the world. Two primary ways we seek to live this out is through intimacy with God and invitation with other people. Faithfulness to our vision inherently means that we need both. This spring/summer series on hospitality will focus on the image of the table as one place where this happens, as we inhabit and embody the roles of guest and host. Jesus Christ, through the continuing presence of the Holy Spirit, is the ultimate host of the Table. Look for a flyer about the May worship themes in your church mailboxes.
