MCC’s SWAP (Sharing With Appalachian People) program is seeking a Location Coordinator(s) to plan and direct all aspects of the SWAP program in Elkhorn, West Virginia. SWAP provides week-long service opportunities for young people and adults, with a primary focus on housing repair for low-income individuals and families. The SWAP Elkhorn Location Coordinator(s) has overall responsibility for the implementation of the SWAP program within McDowell County, working with local partners, overseeing staff, coordinating jobs and volunteers, and promoting communication and understanding between volunteers and local residents.
