Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Great Lakes is seeking a .5 FTE Thrift Shops Coordinator to provide support and services to 12 thrift shops who annually contribute upwards of $1.3 million to the ministries of MCC. The person in this position will encourage shop operations to grow profitability, assist with problem solving, advocate for sound policies and nurture manager skill development. The Thrift Shops Coordinator will promote MCC Thrift Shop Network resources and act as a liaison between MCC and Great Lakes thrift shops.
