ministries_mennonitedotnetMennonite.net has always strived to provide services that are affordable and appropriate for churches and organizations with a limited budget.  Now, we also are announcing the first offering of refurbished computer equipment through our new CodePurple program.

CodePurple is a cooperative program between Mennonite.net and the Goshen College Informatics Department.  Over the next year, we anticipate having talented Informatics students available as a growing resource to offer more technology services and products.

Our first machines are as follows:
Apple Mac Mini 2007
Processor Type: Intel Core 2 Duo.  Processor Speed: 1.83 GHz
Memory: 2 GB
Hard Drive Capacity: 80 GB
The hard drives have been wiped clean so have no operating system installed.  However, each machine comes with an OSX 10.4 Installation Media disk.

Mac Minis are noted for being small but powerful consuming much less energy than a traditional desktop tower.  At Goshen College Mac Minis have helped the college toward its energy conservation goals and run multiple operating systems, including Windows 7.  CodePurple has a limited number of these machines.

Price: $175 with free shipping within the United States.
Available as long as they last or until July 15 after which any remaining may be listed online at a higher price.
