logo_goshencollegeGet a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Leadership from Goshen College, an 18-month unique and transformative program. Spots are still available for classes that begin June 23, 2014.

The program is geared for mid-career working professionals, such as business managers, educators, health-care professionals and non-profit leaders. Applicants must be at least 25 years old, currently working, and possess a bachelor’s degree. Professionals in this program will develop critical competencies for working in local and global communities as well as a deep appreciation for diversity. The program focuses on developing strong skills in the areas of management, public administration, organizational development, leadership, diversity, and intercultural communications.

Classes are designed to help such students manage a busy schedule. This includes a combination of three, 6-day sessions on campus and online coursework. One third of the course hours involve a real workplace action-oriented project in the student’s current position.
