On Sunday, November 10, everyone is invited to gather for the congregational meal and meeting following the nurture hour, 12:00 p.m. Bring a main dish and a salad or dessert to share, as well as your own table service.
The meeting will begin after the meal. It is expected to be a fairly short meeting so childcare not be provided. If your children would like to play in the Jubilee Hall or playground, a parent should plan to be with them. Alternatively, all children are welcome in the sanctuary. Coloring pages and a basket of crayons will be available for them.
The agenda for the meeting includes:
- Approve minutes of the August meeting.
- Hear a financial report.
- Update on the next pastor-congregational review.
- Clarifying pastoral roles.
