Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital invites you to Caregivers Day Out on November 9, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at the hospital. Care giving is very stressful. We would like to offer community support to caregivers by providing:
- Pain assessment & Management
- Personal Care giving tips for patient or loved one such as bathing, transferring, positioning and spiritual care
- Self-care for the caregiver
- Vendors will be there providing other helpful support and information
