Built on the foundation of restorative justice and the goal of reducing recidivism, TCP equips men and women as transitional coaches who will invest themselves in assisting and encouraging individuals in the process of successfully reintegrating back into the community following incarceration. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference in someone’s life, while impacting the community with increased security and stability.
