Fellowship Commission is planning a “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” (surprise luncheon) for July 28. This is how it works: Families sign up to be either “hosts” or “guests”. The duties of the host family is to provide the home/space, and their part in the menu is to provide sandwiches for the lunch. They also indicate how many people they are able to accommodate in their home. The guest families will provide salad as their contribution to the meal. In some ways it is a mini potluck.
Forms are in your church mailbox and will have detailed information regarding the luncheon procedures. Please fill out and return to Sue Byler’s mailbox by 10:30 a.m. July 21. At that time Commission members will pair up the hosts and guests. From past experience there has been a good balance of hosts and guests, in fact leaning toward more hosts, so if you don’t feel you can host, don’t hesitate to sign up as guests! Join the fun and fellowship this activity provides your family.
