On Good Friday, April 18 at 12:00 p.m., Berkey, along with Mennonites from across Goshen and Elkhart County will gather for a Stations of the Cross Walk, a time of prayer, reflection, and public witness to Christ’s suffering and the suffering of the most vulnerable in our community. Beginning and ending at the Elkhart County Courthouse in Goshen, participants will walk through the city, stopping at locations that represent issues of justice, food insecurity, healthcare access, criminal justice reform, housing, and racial equity. Organized jointly by Indiana-Michigan Mennonite and Central District Conference congregations, this walk offers an opportunity to move from lament to hope, bearing witness to Christ’s call to justice and transformation.
